LIMITED WARRANTY
CAPS Services warrants the repairs to be free from defects in workmanship and materials and to operate within original specifications for a period of 1 YEAR (90 days for battery chargers). Warranty begins on the date of the repair. At our option, we will repair, replace, or issue credit for the cost of the original repair. This warranty does not cover damage caused by: water damage, burn damage, physical abuse, misuse, modification, electrical overload, faulty or incorrect wiring, incorrect installation, or tampering by anyone other than an authorized service center. CAPS assumes no responsibility for consequential damages of any nature. The customer will assume all liability for the consequences of its use or misuse by their employees or others. Warranty does not cover shipping, labor, rentals or lost wages under any circumstances. Caps Services assumes no liability for packages lost by UPS, USPS, FEDEX or any other courier. Package insurance can be added at the customer’s request and expense.

Orders containing four or more repairable, non-warranty units will be return-shipped surface freight
(UPS) or USPS at our expense (48 contiguous US states only). When requesting air shipment, we will deduct the cost of
surface freight from the shipping total. All orders may be subject to a handling charge equal to the amount of previous invoices that are at least 90 days past due at the discretion of Caps Services or Casey Meyer.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
We currently offer Net 15 day terms from the date of the invoice. A 15 percent penalty may be added at our discretion for invoices past due on days 31, 60 and 90 unless other arrangements are made. Paypal is also an option. We are now able to accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience.
